Other than a major flaw overlooked in manufacturing or production, your custom ordered garment is not subject to return or refund. Please insure you review the size/dimension charts (where available) for any line of garments prior to choosing your size. Most items including pre-shrunk fabrics tend to shrink during washing. Please allow extra room for shrinkage factors. When in doubt, wash in cold water and air dry unless instructions call for dry cleaning.
